Orphaned references in Nate Ruess
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Nate Ruess's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Why is he in the Category LGBT Gay Rights Advocates
[edit]There's nothing in the article to back it up, and it's not like he's on the front lines battling gay rights. I'm removing it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.15.218.45 (talk) 01:00, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

Retirement
[edit]Nate has retired from making music. Should we mention that? Eastjesusknowhere2002 (talk) 05:37, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
A bit late to comment here but he's not entirely retired as indicated by his recent collaboration with Young Thug (and a few writing credits on various other artists' songs). I don't know if thats enough to qualify him as not retired, but I think of it as more of an indefinite hiatus 73.59.201.24 (talk) 15:55, 10 November 2021 (UTC)
Nate himself says he’s retired. He made that one appearance by choice because he enjoyed working with them. But Nate has made multiple statements saying that he’s retired. It’s not uncommon for people who are retired to occasionally do what they used to do. But officially, he is retired from music. Eastjesusknowhere2002 (talk) 05:18, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
2021 music and Twitter verification
[edit]I’m 2021 Nate was featured on the soundtrack for a Netflix film call The Starling. His song is titled “Simple Sound of Morning”
He also just recently had his Twitter verification revoked.
Are these important to this page? 72.86.43.195 (talk) 07:05, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
